It is not enough that the government intervened in the mayoral elections in the capital city in an unpleasant way, it is not enough that Dávid „Fidesz ” Vitézy is unable to acknowledge that, although he lost by a very small margin, it is not enough that the votes were counted again and Karácsony was declared the winner for the second time, the Curia decided – based on the decision of the Constitutional Court – that now all the votes cast in Budapest will be declared invalid, but if there is no new vote, the votes cast will be counted.
Vitézy is happy. He is happy, because in his opinion, in a normal democracy – that is, not in Hungary – the votes cast are recounted due to such a small difference.
Karácsony also had some opinions on this.
According to Vitézy, it is the right decision.
